We purchased a Samsung curved TV in January 2015. A week later we experienced a problem with the sound. For the next year and a half we were in contact with Samsung in a futile attempt to diagnose and correct this problem. Nothing they suggested worked.
Finally they agreed to send a Samsung representative to check the TV. His name was Kevin Morrison. From the start it was evident that Kevin was extremely knowledgeable, competent, and experienced. He witnessed the problem, removed and replaced the mother board, and made adjustments to fine tune both visual and audio reception. The result was amazing. However, the problem, a sporadic one, continued. In the months that followed, Kevin returned to our home two more times and tried different ways to correct the problem before finally determining that the TV was non-repairable. Also during that period Kevin was very willing to accept our numerous phone calls, patiently listening, and making suggestions when possible. Finally, he participated in a conference call with Samsung to provide the information they needed to refund our purchase price. We are convinced that this never would have happened without Kevin’s expert evaluation and willingness to continue to assist us. His dedication was above and beyond the call of duty and something we have never experienced before.
