Lake Electronics Repair Service - Repair Review from Cape Coral, Florida
I bought a new samsung dryer on 7/22/14. It never worked once when we brought it home.
Samsung said Lakes electronics would service. I was told on 8/2 my ticket was closed although no one had been to repair. On 8/8 the serviceman came at 7:30 pm and stayed he had ordered the wrong part and would return by 8/13. On 8/15 I called after no contact and was told by Christine the ticket was closed by accident and no part was ordered.
An appointment was set for 8/20. I was by Christine on 8/20 when I called that the part was not in and was rescheduled for 8/21. I called AGAIN on 8/21 and was told the same by Christine. .
On 8/22 the same serviceman came again at 7:30 pm with the EXACT SAME WRONG PART! He blamed Christine. I have not had a clothes dryer since 7/22/14 and NO ONE from lakes has EVER contacted me.
Every time I call for the manager, Mark I am told he is on a conference call. Worst service ever.
