I was told by Samsung to call these people for an appointment to fix my TV under warranty.

I called, talked to the woman in the "Samsung" dept., and made a morning appointment.

When the service guy calls to give me the "2 hour window" for his arrival, he tells me he will arrive between 2 and 3 P.M.

When I asked what happened to my morning appointment, he informed me that there was no indication on that in his information, but if I liked, he could make it later in the afternoon.

When I call the store and ask for a manager, instead of just transferring me, they ask why, then I am put on hold for 4 minutes, and when somebody finally picks up, he says "Hello?".

No greeting, no introduction or anything.

When I ask is he a manager, he says "Yea, but I'm helping a technician pull parts, I will be back" and put me on hold again.

After 5 more minutes on hold I hung up.

I do NOT blame this on the tech that called me, but on store personnel.
